1. What is the name of the character you would like invited to the guild?
- Include race and class

2. What level's are your character's? Include /played

3. Do you have any characters on retail? If so include race class and level as well as the realm.

4. Which guilds have you been in?

5. What comtributions will you make to the guild?

6. Give a short description about yourself. Also say why we should allow you in the guild?

7. Have you read and understood the guild rules?
